Alfie rocks on the Guitar
Alfie played some sweet sounds for us on Friday. After playing a song he asked us if we recognised the tune (we thought this was a great game). Quite a few of us were very good at recognising the rock songs.
Book Circle
This is something new that we are doing at the start of our library session. Each week two kids share a book that they have read and enjoyed and tell us why they liked it and who they think will like it too. Isaiah and Katie kicked us off in Week 3 with books they recommend. Georgia T. and Melvyn shared their books in Week 4. The books shared in the book circle did not get the chance to go back on the shelves – they were snapped up by other Room 13 book enthusiasts.
